Real Estate Trust Accounts

To satisfy the requirements of the Property & Motor Dealers Act, Hinterland Accounting can perform all of the audit functions required by the Licensee. The annual audit and unannounced, unscheduled examinations of your trust account records are all managed with ease.

Legal Trust Accounts

The stringent reporting and examination requirements of the Queensland Law Society regarding Legal Trust Accounts require the attention of an auditor very conversant with the ever changing legal system. At Hinterland Accounting you can be assured that your Audit is being conducted in the most appropriate way.

Self Managed Superannuation Funds

The annual audit of the Funds activity provides the Trustees with the comfort that the Fund has operated within the ATO Superannuation laws and SIS Act. While I do not audit the activities of any SMSF that I prepare the accounts and income tax returns for due to auditor independence issues, I am qualified and approved by the ATO to offer SMSF audit functions to other accountants and self preparers.

Associations

Hinterland Accounting recognises the valuable contribution to the local community of the small club and association. As such, we offer audit services to these non profit entities at reduced rates as a way of contributing to the objectives of the club or association.

These audits are conducted in accordance with Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards together with the Associations Incorporations Act 1981, if applicable.
